* A Clear Channel show. Explicitly listed on the ticket, which gives me giggles.
** One way or another -- Vividly remember not actually paying to see these shows. NOTE: I did pay for entry into both a Laser Light Show and the Nutcracker Ballet, so I'm not pawning the aforementioned as the "lame shows I'd never pay to see."
*** This ticket is a nicely printed ticket, obviously done by either the vendor or promoter. It's a shame there aren't more of these.

General Notes:

All but two, the Sloan and Jesus Lizard ticket are Ticketmaster stubs.
Wasted cash on service charges comes out to aprox. $87.05 -- probably more as some of the stubs are in pretty ragged shape and are missing the cost information.

Interestingly enough, and I think that this has been pointed out on some ticket stub memory website, that I can remember quite a lot about these shows by seeing the stub, knowing the date, etc.
Otherwise, I've been to countless other shows and for the most part. I can't tell you a damn thing about them. I know I've seen the Archers of Loaf more than once, but I don't have any physical reminder of them - stains, shrinkage, and holes have eliminated any t-shirts left from that era. On the other hand, I don't have a ticket stub to the Low/Dirty Three show that I went to at the 7th House in Pontiac and I can remember that show more than any other show I've ever been to.**** (Although I couldn't tell you the month, day, or year. I can remember is that I was wearing a sweater.)

**** Another story for another day. It'll be my next post, I promise.
